Who we are

What this covers
This site and the qualification form on it. It does not cover any agreement you later sign with a buyer; that agreement has its own terms.
What we collect
When you submit the form, we receive your company name, employee count range, work email, and, if you choose, phone number and company location. We may also receive campaign labels from the link you followed, the landing-page path, and the referring website’s origin. We do not ask for or accept business data through this site.
How we use it
To review whether your company may be a fit, reply by email, arrange a call if you ask, and understand which campaigns led to enquiries. We do not send your name, company name, email address, phone number, or form answers to advertising or analytics tools.
Who sees it
Us, and the form delivery provider that processes your request on our behalf. Our hosting provider also processes technical request information to serve and protect the website. We do not share this form with a buyer. Introductions happen only after you agree, and only with what you choose to share.
Analytics, advertising, and your choices
With your permission, this site uses Meta Pixel for advertising measurement.
How this starts depends on where you are. If you visit from the United States or another place that uses an opt-out model, measurement is on by default and you can turn it off at any time with “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer, which is our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, or we cannot tell where you are, nothing optional loads until you allow it. Either way you can allow analytics and advertising separately, and a browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps advertising measurement off everywhere. We treat the categories under “Analytics” and “Advertising measurement” as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information only to the extent state law defines them that way; we do not sell your form answers.
Analytics can measure page visits and form activity. Advertising measurement can report a page visit or a successfully accepted enquiry to Meta. These providers may process browser, device, network, and cookie identifiers according to their own policies: Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy. We do not enable automatic matching of your form details.
Local storage
When you make a choice, we remember that preference in your browser for up to 180 days. Until you do, nothing about you is stored; the default is recomputed on each visit from your location. This setting contains no form answers. Campaign labels are read from the current page and included with an enquiry; we do not keep them in browser storage.
Keeping and deleting
We keep form submissions as long as needed to follow up. Email hello@yourdatavalue.com to have yours deleted.
Your business data
We never receive, store, or resell client business data. You are responsible for having the right to license your data; we help you assess that before any introduction.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
