Who we are

Your Data Value is a consulting firm operated by Deebee Works, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. We make introductions and give advice. We are not a law firm, and nothing on this site is legal advice.

What this site is

Information about our service and a form to ask whether your company may be a fit. Using the site or sending the form does not create a contract for our services.

No promises

Buyers decide what they license and on what terms. Not every company is a fit. We do not estimate or promise any payment.

How we are paid

A percentage of what you're paid, only after you're paid, under a separate written agreement with you. We may also receive compensation from buyers for introductions.

Your data and your rights

Deals we work on are structured so you keep ownership of your data; the agreement you sign with the buyer controls. You are responsible for having the right to license it. We never receive, store, or resell your records.

Agreements with buyers

Any license is between you and the buyer, in your name. We are not the buyer's agent or representative, and we are not a party to that agreement.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Deebee Works, LLC is not liable for losses from using the site or relying on its content.

Governing law and changes
